  I ordered some tacos and burritos for dinner because I genuinely hadn’t eaten all day. I also ordered for half of my group which is about 15 other people. All of us are vegetarian but all of the tacos we got had beef in them except one that had beans. The person who delivered it (Brandi) was rly rly rude, she tried to steal the bag out of my hands. She took 3 hours to deliver it and I’m rly rly dissatisfied. RIP Marcos food.

  Ordered online an hour before I had to be somewhere, waited 50 minutes and never got my food. Asked about it multiple times, then later asked for a refund multiple times. Workers either ignored me or listened for a second before walking away without helping me.

  Overpriced and horrible service. The location is understaffed and not up to standard. It takes way to long to get your order to the point that I regret ordering here. The staff can be ignorant and do their own thing rather than recall names on the unclaimed bags.

  Perhaps the worst Taco Bell in the state, perhaps country. If you come later at night, expect to wait an hour. Not even kidding. Last time I was there, multiple staff members were standing around, doing nothing. Can't believe corporate continues to let this spot operate.

  Orders on kiosk at 12am. Waited for 2 hours and gave up so I left. Do not come here. You will waste your time and money. Staff does not know how to read out completed orders so everyone is standing begging for the employees to look through orders. No system in place to differentiate between in person or online orders. No system in place to call out orders based on time they were made. Love me some tacos but never come here in your life. :)
