When we were finally able to place an order, the service still felt disorganized and inattentive. There was a lack of communication throughout the process, and overall it didn’t seem like the staff was prioritizing customers in line. Definitely not the level of service you expect from a quick drive-thru experience. Hope they improve their efficiency and customer service.

While waiting, I could see an employee eating inside and the window attendant seemed completely checked out. When I pointed out that customers were spending their entire lunch breaks in this line, the only response I got was, "I’ve been telling them that." There is a complete lack of urgency and professional standards at this location.
