  Poor customer service. I was told what bread I would be served, rather than making my own choice of what was available. After politely challenging this, the server ignored me and just served the next customer instead.

  Do not I repeat do not order at this subway. I'm at the Children's hospital across the street so I placed an online order for pickup. I arrive 3 minutes before my order was ready. I was told my order was not ready when I arrived, of course I already knew that. As I patiently waited i was watching my order get made. The employee never changed his glove from making the sub before mines. Then he proceeded to go and touch the door. Not only did he touch the door he went over to the drink machine and opened it and took out a drink with the same gloves. He goes back to making my sandwich without changing his gloves. Furthermore he grabbed my cookies with those same dirty cross-contaminated gloves. It was no point of confronting him because there was already done. I just handed my food to a less fortunate person on the street
