  I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed my order online for pickup because I was heading into work. When I get there, of course it’s not ready. I gave myself a little extra time, just in case this happens. Nonetheless, I’m still standing there waiting on my order that says it’s ready, but hasn’t even been started. I ask the girl to just give my money back. She ignores me, and keeps taking care of other customers. I say it again, the manager, very rudely, says it’s been a busy day. Ok and? That has nothing to do with me. Then proceeds to tell me that I have to call to get my money back. I go to work. I send one of my coworkers to get my food. Almost 30min later guess what, my food still isn’t ready. The whole staff is incompetent at best.

  It was smooth, the workers were respectful and didn't get annoyed with my kids who weren't sure what they wanted, they were patient and respectful.

  Tap water prohibited. They won’t let you have cups for tap water. If you don’t want to drink soda or bottled products you’re out of luck.

  This store makes up their own rules. I walked in with a coupon on March 4 that expired on March 8 and they tried to tell me that they cannot accept a coupon because it’s online only. The coupon literally says “in-store orders only”. Then I wanted to charge me full price for the sandwich which I didn’t pay. I asked the lady if they were a participating store and she just didn’t even know what I was talking about.
