  4/11/26 around 8pm I was the second person on line & waited for 15 minutes. The worker with glasses & faded red hair in a ponytail was having a conversation with a customer she knew, another airport worker. Since she wasn't paying attention, she dropped the sandwich on the counter and had to make a new one. It should be common sense people are in a rush at airports where they need to catch flights, some have been traveling all day & want a quick bite. This worker was wasting time & then was rude to me. If I'm asking for something, answer back so I know you heard me & I'm getting the right sandwich. They only had two breads and barely any of their usual ingredients. The meats were mixed up in different containers they didn't belong to. For a little over $30 for two sandwiches, they were very mediocre. I've had much better sandwiches at different Subway locations.

  Hours say open until 10:30 PM. Attempted to order at 9:00 PM and was told—rather enthusiastically—that only chips and drinks were available. Interestingly, full service resumed moments later for a group of airport employees who received a much warmer welcome. No issue finding alternatives—TGI Fridays was happy to take the business. From a business standpoint, this likely cost 15+ transactions in the few minutes I was there, and based on similar reviews, potentially 50+ over the course of the evening. Also worth noting: staff openly mentioned enjoying the lack of customers so they could take their time closing while still on the clock. Not exactly the brand experience you’d want representing your business. Should have checked reviews first, seems to be a daily occurrence. Hope the owner sees this so they can understand the detriment this is having on their brand and sales.

  One star itself is also more than enough for this store. Subway should cancel the license and close the as well based on the way they are offering food and doing service. Half cooked meat, hardly any vegetables and bread for any sandwich, rash service team. Overall never try this at all. Not good for your kid and unsafe with bacteria as half cooked meat.
