- EEEloisaMay 2, 20261.0The rudest workers I have ever encountered, all of them, I get it you’re at work and I’m sure people are rude and demanding all day but if someone is asking kindly, it won’t kill you to be polite or at least business professional. I was here 5/2/26 at 7pm, all of the women at the front serving and preparing food were beyond rude and passive aggressive. And the audacity to ask for a tip after that?!

Every young lady who was at the counter was beyond rude. I understand they are dealing with massive volume, however management should do a better job of hiring for this fast paced environment. The young lady preparing the food was rude and abrasive and the lady at the register basically tossed my bag at me when I asked for salsa. And I was never given the salsa she just stared at me and ignored me. The name on the receipt is Rokhaya. Because of her I will never ever do business at this location again.

When asked for lettuce and chips they did not have it, needs staff to be trained well to communicate. Guacamole was good. Definitely I want this place to succeed provided they take the feedback seriously and really move towards improving the quality of food. Not a pleasant experience at concourse E Atlanta airport
