- SSShandel Santorini1 day ago5.0The manager came out to check the ingredients and noticed the beans were not fully cooked. She had the beans taken off the line. I appreciated her commitment to quality. Please give her the kudos.
- MMMelanie M.4 days ago3.0It was last Friday that I stopped at this location in the Atlanta Airport. It was 8:44 AM. I was not pleased with my experience, but was tired from traveling all night and needed to eat. My order was simple, steak, chicken, lettuce and rice with a bottle of water. This meal costs almost $24. It was not worth it. The meat was burned 🔥. I could literally taste the black on the food. Clearly, it was not hot enough. The food got cold before I finished and I am not a slow eater. Most of my domestic connections are in Atlanta. Next time I shall make another choice. There was a reason no one was in line I suppose. Please do better, especially for the price.

Please stop advertising for something you can’t deliver. The line was long and most everyone was disappointed that they were out of guacamole. If I had known I couldn’t get guacamole I would have gone elsewhere. Service could stand to be improved.

One of your employees (a tall, thin, Black female without eye glasses) displayed a very unprofessional attitude, appearing disengaged and so bored throughout my interaction and observed her doing the same exact thing with others, I did not say anything. While her colleagues were positive and welcoming, her demeanor was quite unhelpful to all customers present, creating an awkward environment. I believe this behavior is harming business and would recommend management observe this young lady.
