  I placed an online order yesterday evening on their official website. I ordered, received a text and email of confirmation with a time telling me to pick up the food. I arrived and when I went to open the door there was a sign that said ‘due to maintenance closed will be back soon.’ I called, texted and emailed and haven’t heard back. My money was taken out of my account and urge you to not place online orders from this business. I will be reporting this as fraud if I don’t hear from them by today

  Never open even when google reviews says it open. This is really inconvenient you can never plan to eat here because of the inconsistency. SMH do better.

  I placed an order yesterday for nearly $100 and never received my food. When I arrived for pickup, the store was closed for maintenance with only a sign on the door—no prior notice on social media or the website. I’ve tried calling and emailing, but got no response from the owner. Accepting orders while closed, with zero communication, is completely unacceptable. This was a huge inconvenience and very disappointing. Customers deserve better. Edited to add photo

  THEY'RE CLOSED! ordered my food for pickup, and was told by the neighboring business that it had closed down. Both locations phones were disconnected/unanswered. DO NOT get played like we did. Now I have to dispute the charge and wait to get my money back. **edited to add closed for maintenance, as apparently the distinction is worth mentioning. Either way, NO mention of being closed or apology for the waste of time and miles. Take that as you will, sounds like merit to me.
