However, when I arrived, my order was not ready and I was told I would need to wait an additional 10–15 minutes. I understand that staffing can be a challenge, and it appeared that the employee working was handling everything alone. That said, sending a “ready” notification before the order is actually complete creates a poor customer experience and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. This situation was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses both the timing of order notifications and staffing support so future customers don’t have the same experience
