  We ordered two pizzas and only one showed up. We called back and they sent the second but because they use door dash now for delivery, our pizza got here 40 minutes later and it was stone cold. They didn't give us the extra dips we paid for and the crust wasn't the garlic parm crust we ordered either. Just go pick it up yourself

  Forgot half of our order, offered a refund but we needed the pizza as the one pie that did get delivered had meat on it that half of the group couldn't eat. They said it would take 10-15 minutes to get to us, took 40 minutes. The pizza was cold when it got here, didn't get any of my sauces that I ordered, and didn't get the specialty crust either. 1/10. The 1 is because the cheese bread that we did get was very good

  Great experience Management was amazing. Shoutout to the best manager I've seen in a long while. Customer service exceptional, food delicious, overall above average for her to be doing thos by herself

  This was absolutely disgusting! The pictures will show you why! I ordered a medium half pepperoni & half pepperoni, spinach & banana peppers. They barely cut the pizza, the cheese is missing, they drenched the pizza in banana peppers… this is unacceptable. DO BETTER

  On January 16th, 2026 I placed an order for three pizzas. The driver arrived with one, opened pizza. I inquired about the missing pizzas and after being told that only one pizza was sent, I instructed the driver to take the pizza back and that we'd contact Papa Johns regarding the issue. I immediately contacted this located and after speaking with the manager on duty, was informed that they were short staffed. I asked that she ( the manager Chris) make a new order as, the one pizza they sent was sitting in the car with the delivery driver and that I wanted a fresh one. She insisted that she could only send the missing two pizzas and that it would take an hour. Needless to say, this will be our last time doing business with Papa Johns. The entire team at this location could use a bit of training.
