  I was hoping for a much better experience, but this Panera Bread was just as lacking as others I frequented in the past. I find myself only choosing to eat at Panera after receiving a coupon. Now, I no longer feel inclined after visiting today. There are just way too many affordable fast casual options available and Panera’s former luster is now dull. This particular location used to be great. Unfortunately the food quality and atmosphere has gone downhill. Both are in desperate need of upgrades. I believe corporate has given up on this location. The health food score on the wall when you walk in reads 77. 77?!?!?! If I had not placed my order online before walking in, I definitely would have selected a different restaurant in the area. My order contained a few substitutions without my confirmation. My tuna sandwich was made on extremely stale ciabatta bread instead of sourdough while my Hibiscus tea wasn’t sweet and tasted like mildewed water! Total waste of time and money! Just don’t do it! I won’t come back to this location and wouldn’t be surprised if it’s boarded up the next time I drive-by. There were literarily no customers inside on a Friday night.

  The staff was amazing, very sweet and quick service. The restaurant was also extremely clean with a calm energy. I wish I lived closer to this location it would definitely be my go to!

  I recently stopped by this Panera and had an unfortunate experience. The employee who handed me my food did not include the drink I ordered. When I asked about it, he told me to get it from the front. When I went to the drink station, I saw the self-serve area but there were no cups available. I returned to ask him for a cup, and he rolled his eyes, sighed, and said “oh my God” before handing one to me. Another customer nearby witnessed the interaction as well—we even made eye contact and he said “wow” in disbelief at the attitude. I always try to be kind and understanding when interacting with service workers, but this type of response was disappointing and unnecessary.
