- RRRaina3 days ago1.0My son placed an order, paid, gave his name. Received his ice cold Sprite. NEVER got his food! No food, no refund! Called Panera, no one answered then phone clicked off. I should be able to send my teen to get a meal, and not have to stand beside him, for him to receive good customer service and his FOOD!
- ASAudrey StevensonApr 4, 20265.0I stopped by after leaving the hospital. I ordered the chicken noodle soup and the half of chicken and walnut salad sandwich. I also got the dragon fruit tea. I live in Clayton County and when I got home my soup was hot and delicious and my sandwich was nice and cool and very delicious. The dragon fruit tea was delicious as well. I'll probably drive out my way to go to this location again. My first time there and it was great. Definitely going back. Oh not to mention customer service was excellent....

The sink in the ladies room was leaking with a substantial amount of water in a bucket underneath. Several ceiling tiles were stained and a couple even missing. This place needs some maintenance love and a more frequent care routine (changing trash, draining the bucket catching sink leak more frequently).

Seems like their quality control is very poorly managed, so definitely check your order before picking up. I laughed for a minute when I saw this.

But the woman packing up the food at the end is weighing everything on a scale. Priorities? I didn’t even have to Google it to know that Panera was private equity owned because just five minutes in the restaurant screams that loud and clear
