  I called the store and the customer service associate lied and said they were getting ready to close although their closing time was an hour and a half later compared to when I called. He then proceeded to lie and say that they Only make cinnamon crunch bagels in the morning, which is not true. I have worked at Panera bread before so I know exactly how it works when it comes to baking items that customers request. I then requested to speak with the night supervisor, and the associate hung up in my face. This is absolutely unacceptable, it’s 100% unprofessional! This should not be accepted, you should not obtain a role working in customer service if you are not prepared to service the customer. This representative worked on the night of April 25 and I made my phone call around 10:30 PM whereas they close at midnight. Do better!

  Something always seems to go wrong with my food. Love Panera bread however when you ask for light and they give you extra.

  I placed a DoorDash order for a turkey sandwich and a Sprite, and after two Drivers were sent away I called the store to find out why it was taking so long and why they keep sending drivers away. The manager on the phone literally yelled at me and said he gave my order to someone an hour ago. I don’t know if somebody picked up my order by mistake or if he handed my order to the wrong person But at this point, I had been waiting over an hour for a turkey sandwich. And after trying to explain to me how to run a business, he finally decided that he would be nice enough to remake my turkey sandwich for the DoorDash driver, who was definitely on the way to come pick it up because he never gave it to one of my DoorDash drivers. Whoever this gentleman is needs to be banned from answering the phone or talking to customers because somebody is gonna mess around and pop him in his jaw for talking to them like that one day. He’s lucky we were on the phone.

  I am beyond disgusted with this Panera Bread location. Today I ordered my son a sandwich via DoorDash from this exact location for his lunch. Well there was HAIR in his sandwich causing him not to be able to eat his lunch, and having to throw the entire sandwich away! I would NEVER eat at this location or order from them as I’m sure they have an unsanitary facility. Do better!
