- SWsefo watler4 days ago5.0My server was Joseph, He was polite. He was caring and he was concerned because I’m allergic to onions 🥴 I ordered the unlimited soup and salad, Sadly, they only had the French onion soup and the potato soup. Of course, I asked if the potato soup had any onions and they assured me it didn’t. But it did and I’m not talking about chives. I always carry my EpiPen, thank goodness. I caught it in time so it didn’t affect me. The manager came over. He was super caring. He said they have a chili. I got the chili. He said it didn’t have onions and that he would make sure there were no chives when the chili arrived to the table It was cooked with onions, I caught that in time because I always searched through my food. But Joseph went over and beyond something, I was not expecting my food for my daughter and I was free. He was very apologetic and very caring. Excellent service!! Thank you, Joseph. I will go back and see you again.

The biggest challenge was that when we came out, probably 15 cars had had their windows smashed and items taken from within. We were literally the first spots out of the front door and the car next to us had their window smashed and items taken. Food here is typically Outback, but beware the crime in the area. We were there from 1pm until 4pm…so broad daylight in the middle of the day.
