  We’ve been loyal customers of the eBar at Nordstrom Phipps Plaza for over four years, and we can honestly say it’s some of the best customer service and coffee we’ve ever experienced. Shania, the manager, is an exceptional leader—she was previously at the Perimeter location, and every time we’ve encountered her and her team, they’ve been professional, welcoming, and incredibly intentional in making our drinks exactly how we like them. We drive nearly an hour and a half specifically to visit this location because the quality of the coffee and the service is unmatched. It’s become a part of our Sunday morning routine, and we genuinely prefer this eBar over Starbucks or any other options in Atlanta. The team here consistently goes above and beyond, and Shania’s leadership is the reason this location stands out. If you’re looking for excellent coffee paired with outstanding, customer-centered service, this is the spot.

  I grabbed coffee at Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee and it was a nice little break while shopping. The espresso drink was smooth and well made, and the pastries looked fresh. The place has a simple, modern vibe and the service was quick and friendly. It’s a convenient spot to recharge with a good coffee before continuing your shopping at the mall. The coffee bar focuses on handcrafted espresso drinks, smoothies, and quick bites like pastries and sandwiches for people on the go.

  Delicious quad shot espresso pulled on a La Marzocco machine! I appreciate how consistent the espresso is between different Nordstroms. Great service and attitude! Nice spot with ample parking in an area where parking can be tricky.

  This is a great alternative to the often-jammed Starbucks down the hall. They have brewed iced-teas, coffees, and pastries. Staff is always helpful, which can come in handy if you aren't familiar with their menu. There are plenty of tables just outside the cafe for patrons to use. #Buckhead #Coffee #Phipps
