Danielle's hospitality was top notch! Welcomed warmly by the hostess. Shared menu availability promptly to avoid any disappointment, although that's quite honestly impossible. The food was impressive and delicious. Ordered the Big Chick with a side of hash browns. Everything was served hot and fast. Biscuits are so fluffy! That gravy..... Yum. Pineapple mimosas are the best. Although the tropical option was good too. They even have specials on the mimosas for upgrades. I am from CO and we don't have anything like this for brunch where the atmosphere is fun and I personally loved hearing Prince and Aliyah on the soundtrack in the background to the tastiest bites. Great Job, Milk & Honey.

Danielle (our waitress) was everything you could ask for in a server and then some. She took time to make recommendations, and checked in. The food was spectacular (kudos to the kitchen). I’m not even a breakfast person and I could have licked my plate because it was so good! I got the omelet and a big chick to go. Also the mimosas were spectacular!!!
Definitely come check this place out and be adventurous with what you order because a I guarantee that you are going to love it!
Oh and the music was great!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed a pickup order right at 9:00 AM and received confirmation that it would be ready by 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:40 AM, giving extra time, and my order still wasn’t ready. I was then told it would only be “3 more minutes,” which clearly wasn’t true. I came back again at 10:00 AM, and it still wasn’t ready.
What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability and customer service. Instead of offering any kind of accommodation or even a sincere apology, I was told I needed to “be patient” because of dine-in customers—despite the fact that I had placed my order well in advance.
If pickup times can’t be honored, that should be communicated honestly. Respecting customers’ time is basic service, and this experience completely missed the mark.
I recently hosted a luncheon for about 30 guests at Milk and Honey Cascade, and I cannot say enough amazing things about this experience!
From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. But what truly stood out the most was the service. It was hands down some of the best I’ve ever experienced.
When I first called, I was warmly greeted by Nate’, the hostess, who was incredibly sweet and helpful in guiding me through the process of submitting a request for a large group. When I arrived, she showed me the best hospitality. From there, I worked with Brittany, the General Manager, who was professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She made sure we were properly staffed and had everything we needed. Her communication and hospitality were truly A+. She is the true example of the type of GM every restaurant needs!!!!! Thank you for making this luncheon possible.
I also want to recognize our wonderful servers Key, Vontaye, and Anthony. They were all so kind, attentive, and impressively fast. Despite the size of our group, the service was seamless and their energetic personalities were very uplifting. We experienced minimal wait times for food, and the staff was always readily available when needed. Many of my guests commented on how friendly and welcoming everyone was.
We’ve dined at many restaurants, but this was the first time we’ve been served so efficiently without sacrificing quality or hospitality.
