  Worst McDonald’s ever , there’s a Wendy’s across the street! I had a mobile order for drive through, made me Go around 2X, still wound up having to come inside to get my Order

  I will never return to this store thanks to whatever manager was working tonight on top of the manager that was working at 8am this morning. Both women gave me attitude because I was trying to inquire about how to get a refund for my mobile order. Both manager acted as if they knew nothing about how mobile orders or refunds work. I tried explaining that the app instructed me to come in to the store but that only seemed to aggravate them more. The morning manager told me to contact the supervisor after telling me that the store doesn’t have a phone. The night manager told me that the number for the store online is inaccurate and then proceeded to tell me that nobody called the store last night. How could I if you know the online number is inaccurate?? The phone just rings and rings and rings. The night manager also ignored me after and started talking to someone else even though I still hadn’t gotten a clear answer. I never got my food, I never got my refund. I had to walk out and just let it go to keep my composure because obviously management here is not concerned in any way with providing quality customer service. It was only a $12 meal but it’s absolutely wild that I was told to come back and speak with another manager only to be disrespected and ignored, again. What should have been a simple issue left me feeling dismissed, disrespected, and extremely disappointed.

  The fact that no one knows how to do a refund in the store is mind blowing.. the manager on duty today 3/23/2026 was extremely rude,dismissive and while she was enjoying her breakfast at 10:34 am I was told the smoothie machine needed to be cleaned.. and advised to get a refund in the app.. there is no way to request a refund let alone cancel the order they said was already being made but it wasn’t.. because the machine was dirty.. I came back 4 hours later same manager same nasty attitude and she didn’t even offer a solution!! It wasn’t until I asked if the smoothie machine was clean and she’s was like yeah but you want your money back.. Damn right I do.. and I’ve reached out to customer service and sent complaints through the app.. How do you get your money back from this place? Like seriously if I don’t get what I paid for do I not deserve to get my money back?
