  Considering it is an airport and crowded and chaotic, the service was fast and good. As expected, the McDonald's taste in the US is the original, authentic flavor. It has a smoky aroma that you can't find anywhere else, and the taste is fantastic. If I go back to Atlanta Airport, I would definitely want to eat here again!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s location in the airport. The level of unprofessionalism I witnessed was honestly shocking. Employees were throwing chicken nuggets, fries, and cups at each other like it was a joke. At one point, I even saw fries being put inside someone’s clothing, which was completely disgusting and unacceptable in a food service environment. Not only was the behavior disturbing, but the quality of the food was just as bad. I paid over $30 for two meals and received a burnt chicken sandwich that was missing basic ingredients like mayo, lettuce, and tomato—items that are supposed to come with it. For that price, I expected at least a properly made meal. This experience was frustrating, unsanitary, and a complete waste of money. I would like to be contacted regarding a refund, because this was absolutely not acceptable.

  Avoid this place! We ordered a plain hamburger for our child because of a milk allergy and they still put cheese on it—completely ignoring our warning. The rest of the food was ice cold, and I found hair in my wrap! Total lack of regard for food safety and cleanliness. Nasty and dangerous!

  Staff doesn’t want to work, manners are non existent. Wouldn’t feed what they are serving to my dog. Pretty sure food here is not fit for human consumption. Eat somewhere else if possible. Was the only place open when I got in.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was absolutely no courtesy or effort shown toward customers, and the staff came across as very rude. They also seemed to take advantage of people who were in a hurry due to their flight schedules, without providing proper service. Overall, this was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
