  The big girl in the drive thru named Miracle attitude is terrible, then she refused to provide a name when asked for the purposes of reporting her to management. She kept closing the window In my face and would turn her big behind and big back towards me and get on her phone and ignore me. She denied me something as simple as a receipt with the store information when I asked for it. She is very stank and was dumbfounded when she knew that I found out what her name is after having to pull around and ask for a manager to provide her name.

  Just don’t bother coming to this one. Worst McDonald’s experience and the people are even worse :( very disorganized, slow, and sadly rude.

  I just walked in McDonald’s get a sprite. I let the guy a the register know the sprite was not good it taste like carbonated water. The gentleman literally looked and said ok what, that’s the sprite. Rude and a nasty attitude unnecessary. If you don’t like the job that you do find another a different profession. The gentleman was taking food it to a customer was really sweet. I let him know the soft drinks were all tasting like carbonated water. He politely said thank you for letting me know. I will get them changed.. so I want to make sure I give an excellent review for him.

  This place will not update their telephone on the website so customers can call to inform them like today to let them know that the Tea in drive thru has NO Sugar in it. It tastes like pure Black Coffee. So how can a customer give them a head up what going on. The owner needs to sell this place.

  This location is in a very busy and high-traffic area, and businesses here should be held to a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, my recent experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and work ethic from some of the staff. My order was already prepared and sitting behind the counter in plain view. When I asked the employee about it, she said they were still waiting on it, even though it was clearly right there. She then walked away to talk to someone else and ignored me when I tried to point out that the order was ready. I ultimately had to ask another employee who was cleaning tables to help me retrieve my order so I could leave. Situations like this reflect very poorly on the business. Staff members who show this level of disregard for customers and their responsibilities should not be representing a business in such a prime location. Management seriously needs to address this, and if certain employees cannot respect their work or customers, they should not be working there.
