  We ordered around $80 of food from Uber Eats and they only gave us drinks. We waited 45+ min for our drinks and never got our food or a refund.

  I go to pick up an order on the drive thru, I go to the speaker, I wait for a long time asking if they're there, no one answers. I pull up to the first window and the lady doesn't even aknowledge me for a long time before I explain the situation that no one listened to me through the speaker, I tell her the code and she tells me to go to the second window. I go to the second window and the lady there tells me I have to come inside the restaurant and that she doesn't have my order. I went inside and picked up my order and left. This is honestly ridiculous, if you don't want to do your job right and be rude to customers, just stay home

  This is the second time I ordered today the first time I ordered from Uber eats the second time I ordered from DoorDash and they all sent me the same thing. It’s the cheese and no tartar. I’m allergic to cheese. This is the third fish fillet sandwich they don’t sent me like this today. What is going on with the employees at McDonald’s? I’ve been a Manager for 15 years of McDonald’s I never deal with no stuff like this ever in my life

  Worst service places an order for pickup which was paid for and they say they didn’t have it . But I Gave them the code at window and they confirmed name and order then at the check out window no order was found and no food and no redund or anyone to talk to . I asked if u could Pay again and get my order but they said no and told me get out of line . Crazy after waiting for 20 min
