  I was in and out of the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes and it was actually buy one get one free on Burger so I got a McDouble and a McChicken for free

  I ordered a medium iced caramel coffee as part of my order. However, when I received my items, the iced caramel coffee was missing and had been replaced with a large sweet tea without any notice or explanation. This was already disappointing, but I chose to accept it and move on. Unfortunately, upon trying the sweet tea, it tasted extremely watered down and nothing like sweet tea at all. The quality was unacceptable and made the situation even more frustrating. After reviewing feedback from other customers at this same location, I noticed that similar issues have been reported repeatedly. This suggests an ongoing problem with order accuracy and product quality that has not been addressed. This experience was both disappointing and unsatisfactory. I expect better attention to orders and quality control.

  This place is not open 24 hours after around 3 AM the drive-thru close. They say they close for cleaning.
