  Was here picking up a catering order and they let me just stand here for twenty minutes without communicating that they didn't have the doughnuts for the order. Absolutely shameful management

  It’s just the fact that I was not acknowledged when I arrived and was given looks like I was bothering them. Customer service is simple and if you don’t like your job just pretend being that energy spreads

  The donuts are delicious (especially when the "HOT" sign is lit up). I di thonk the old building was a bit more cozy but the new building is nice too and well lit. Staff is hit or miss. Some dsys you have fantastic attentive staff and other days there are people there that look atvyou likecitvis bormthrring them to have to take your order. And it has gone downhill a bit lately. The cleanliness (especially the bathrooms) needs to be a little better. Not good when soap dispensers are broken off the wall and there are no paper towels or hand dryers to be found.

  They play decent music and the fresh donuts are amazing, but the service is what makes this place a great stop. They keep it tidy and smells great!

  Extremely disappointing experience at what should be Atlanta's crown jewel Krispy Kreme location. My girlfriend and I were met with one of the rudest employees I've encountered in my 8 years working in customer service. He denied the Hot Light glazed donut promotion — something the cashier herself later confirmed is standard policy — and when we pointed out that the banana pudding donuts were right there in the display case, he brushed us off and told us to pick something else. It didn't stop with us. The gentleman behind us asked about the same promotion and got the same dismissive attitude. When that customer purchased a coffee for a homeless person nearby, the employee made an unnecessary comment about it not being free. And when he grabbed the wrong donut and was corrected, his response was "it's just donuts, it's not a big deal to trip." He then proudly announced it was only his second day — which explains the lack of policy knowledge, but not the lack of basic respect.
