  Don't stop here. I ordered online just to arrive and learn they were out of stock. And instead of accommodating me with the replacement I asked for, the cashier refused & argued me down like the doughnuts were hers. Smh. Just drive to Smyrna. They actually let you in the dining room where you can enjoy the experience of viewing before picking your doughnuts. Never had an unwelcoming experience out there.

  So, I visited the West End area and ofcourse i was going to Krispy Kreme Donuts on the way back home, because why not? I parked my car, got out and approached the door in order to go inside and discovered that the doors we're locked! 😲 There was a police officer in front of the establishment talking to a man about something, at least two vehicles just sitting there appearing to be non customers....... There waa trash about the ground areas a bit and the outside look was giving abandoned a bit. The area has definitely changed over the years and that's hard to see. There weren't as many customers there as I would have liked to see because that's how I always remembered it being like. The donuts and coffee we're on point yet and still though. Delicious 😋!

  Terrible customer service. Ordered dozen with 2 my cheesecake and 1 raspberry. Did not have this in order, added donuts did not ask for. Box is also tapped during hand over so not able to check on spot.

  Absolutely the worst experience ever I drove all the way from the Alabama line to get me some Saint Patrick Green donuts and when I get there, they said they did not have any they could only give me original glaze and they wouldn’t even honor the price still being at $12. I would not go here ever again.

  I ordered green donuts for St. Patrick’s Day. Any pit regular glaze in there without green? Where is my green doughnut set? Why would you guys send regular donuts instead of the green ones that I asked for y’all do not listen. I will never come back here again.
