    Saturday evening - 4/18/26. Google said they were open. The JJ app said they were open. It let me submit my online order as if they were open. Walk to the store from the hotel and there’s a sign on the door “closed Saturday and Sunday.” No sandwich and now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company.

    I received two fraudulent charges on my debit card originating from this store. corporate was rude, dismissive and did not seem interested in any sort of communication action other than take it up with your bank. I realize there is an established protocol for this, I know how banks work. here is the rub. that multi million dollar company, thru the fraudulent charges ($50 and $150) over drew my bank account and caused a cascading slew of charges, defaults, returned checks etc. I will not be reimbursed for any of that. I know fraud is hard to nail down. they were not interested in addressing any part of those concerns. shame on you, corporate giants. your subs suck anyway. EDIT: while I appreciate the prompt response from the owner, I do not appreciate the bland rubber stamp reply. the manager that I spoke to told me the exact opposite, that there was "no way to really know" etc. $200 worth of charges in an instant. additionally they had to cancel the card and ship a new one, rendering the card unusable for even longer length of time.
