Ordered delivery. They didn't apply my instructions regarding my sandwich (add mustard and cut 1/2). They also gave me the wrong, and cheaper, side.
Worst part, tried calling their number listed online (which is the same as the one on the receipt) and the phone just rings. No VM box, no prompt, no employee hopping on for 12 secs to say they're busy and they'll put me on hold. Just rings and rings and rings.
Never ordering from this location again.

surprise surprise what do you think I’m here to complain about— on hour 1.5 of a delivery order, had to use uber eats despite the fees because the app isnt working— four delivery people have just walked in and then “ioops looking for another deliver person,” I’m calling again and again, no one is answering, of course. this location is 200 yards from my office. it’s always. I’m never this harsh but this whole place should be shut down. And it’s pathetic to watch jimmy johns fielding comments being like “oh so sorry email us,” and it just keeps on, this is 2026 now— same ole story. just close this place if you don’t wanna operate.
update after 2 hours “order cancelled” pathetic guys.

Why would you only have 1 worker during the St Patrick’s parade? This poor worker was taking orders and making sandwiches and was super overwhelmed. I had a birthday free sandwich that worker couldn’t help us redeem because he was so busy so we had to pay for both sandwiches instead of one. Literally only went to Jimmy John’s because of the free sandwich coupon. I would’ve just put my order in on the app but who the heck knows how long that would’ve taken. Bathrooms were also gross
I placed an order through the Jimmy Johns app for delivery. When I received my order it was incorrect. I called the store and spoke to General Manger Quiana James. She was absolutely NO help. Her resolution was for me to bring the sandwich back in so that they could remake it. I reminded her that it was delivered and I had no way of getting back to the store. She stated there was nothing she could do. So I paid $14 for a sandwich that was made incorrectly and just have to “deal” with it. Horrible customer service!
