    Update: it has now been more than two hours… still no sandwich. Do not eat here. They only have one person working the whole store and no delivery drivers. It has been more than an hour, and I am still waiting on my sandwich. I called to find out more information and they left me on hold for more than 15 minutes. I hung up and tried to call again and nobody answered. the phone just kept ringing and ringing.

    Not only did the cashier not take off onions and tomatoe but he added a $2 tip afterwards. Now I gotta be extra and call corporate and the manager. I don’t even eat Jimmy John’s but it was the closest thing and I was hungry. They already was moving slow with only 2 customers in the store. Then I could barely understand him because he wouldn’t speak up. It’s okay tho, because I’ll make sure he’s gone. Forget the 2 dollars, it’s the fact that you stole it and thought nothing would happen. Expect a call from me.

    This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location. Both times it took over an hour for my sandwich to be made and go out for delivery. Both times I waited an hour, then called to check on my order. The first time they picked up immediately and said “it’s on the way now baby”. No hello, are placing or picking up… this time they did not answer the phone at all. I called multiple times from two different numbers over 20 minutes. Nothing. I called corporate and was told because this is an independently francished location that this store had to give the refund or deal with the issue, and that they would call me for said refund within 48hrs. This sandwich was also made on the wrong bread with half the usual meat and cheese. Photos attached. They emailed me and offered me a $5 credit… so now I’m leaving them this review and contacting corporate for a refund. I would give zero stars if I could.

    I am a black American man. I live in the area where the store is located. I walked into the restaurant and another black man with a head wrap was serving two white customers. I said, “Hi” to the worker and he responded. The worker served the two white customers and they left. I expected to be served next. Instead I waited for several minutes while the worker said absolutely nothing to me instead working behind the counter. Never once did he ask me if he could serve me. Never once did he state, “I’ll be right with you.” Instead I waited for minutes while he completely ignored me. I simply walked out. I sure wish I was treated the way the white customers were.

    Listen I don’t normally do this but stay clear away from this location. They will add extra fees and tips to your online order without your permission!!!!!!!
