  Don’t waste your money. The food is greasy and salty. The wings are fried hard. And as a result are dry and crunchy like beef jerky. I called and the manger said email them. No help there. The food is terrible, do not waste your money. Ordered 4/25/26.

  This my first time coming here the food was amazing. Located near Spellman College in Atlanta. Nice cashier as well.

  Everything about my experience here was awful. Upon walking in there was no one at the counter or anywhere within the restaurant. Upon seeing a guy in the kitchen cleaning I began saying hello is anyone here. He ignored the girl and I in the lobby for a few minutes before I started walking around trying to find someone. Went all the way to the stock room nobody. When the manager finally did show up he had apparently had his headphones in so loud that he couldn't hear customers coming in. We might as well have robbed the place. Then my lunch order was not ready. I advised that it was well past the expected time and order is expected to be ready. He made excuses first saying we're just waiting on the burger which then turned to now we're waiting on fries. I told him I want a refund and to just cancel the order since none of the food was even made yet. Literally shouldn't have been an issue. He kept making excuses and had zero leadership or survival skills for that matter. He did not even apologize for the inconvenience. My food was uncooked. I guess he decided to just give me the food anyway even though it did not meet internal temperature standards; just to avoid giving me my refund which I was told I had to send an email to an undeliverable address to receive. The type of lettuce put on the burger is not burger lettuce but literally little pieces of salad and my onions were completely missing off my grey/pink turkey burger. The fries were not fresh or hot despite supposedly waiting on them and again the main course was not cooked. Absolute awesome experience would never patronize them again and I see exactly why they are so empty. So in all The manager sucks The cook sucks The food sucks The atmosphere, customer service and vibe suck. And most importantly the food sucks. So many better places to eat in Atlanta choose any other one.

  Came for a some late night food. My experience wasn’t all that. Got my food my wings didn’t have any meat on the wings. So I gave it back and told them can I get some wings because I didn’t have any meat. Seems like they had an attitude gave me two wings just for them to look the exact same as the wings I already had. Terrible customer service!!!! Wouldn’t recommend on NO DAY!

  14st street location is horrible, that damn dude may be the owner.. has the customer service of a damn bouncer at the club and that female on the register needs more cs /orientation training.. she acts as if you're bothering her.. Peachtree st and west end are better.. .
