No one assisted me when I came in everyone just ignored me while looking at me eventually I had to grab someone and ask for my order they said next time to get someone's attention and ask for my order because apparently addressing customers doesn't happen anymore. They just all kept looking at me awkwardly like what does she want that's what your voice is 42 ask me that's customer service but no next time I'll interrupt you working and having personal conversations to ask you to do your job. Interesting way of repositioning accountability, as I stand at the pick up counter awaiting assistance.

I had to repeat it many times for the cashier to understand how to put it in the system. Another more experienced worker assisted. I had doubts, but it was perfect. The new process with fries not so great. We liked the cups better because they helped with sharing. It was also a little loud for my taste. Plenty of other people seemed to enjoy it. Tables were clean. My shake was good too.

THE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER HAD. ACTUALLY WAS AFRAID OF THE STAFF. THEY WERE MAD ABIUT THE SPECIAL ONE THE APP SND HATED BEING THERE AND TOOK IT OUT ON CUSTOMERS!!!!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
