I tried calling the restaurant to get the issue fixed, and instead of answering, they blocked my number. I had to call back from my child’s phone just to get someone to pick up. When I explained what happened, all I got was, “I thought all the items were in there,” with no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make it right. This is completely unprofessional. I spent my money expecting the full order and basic customer service. Instead, I was ignored, dismissed, and left to deal with missing food. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who expects honesty or respect.
