The 2 ladies in the front were very professional. I think one was a manager. And the dark complexion lady at the cash register was super nice as well.

Disgusting behavior from the staff when we visited last night. One woman was cursing at a customer and another employee tried to fight a man who was picking up his food. Assuming there were no managers on duty. Or maybe the woman with foul mouth was the manager! Unbelievable.

I’ve ordered here before and the food is good but the service is terrible. I waited 15 mins patiently in line for the cashier to tell everyone waiting that she was no longer accepting walk ins and only catering to online orders. Please do better hire more staff.

The Wingstop's wings are the wet, drippy type of wing where even the skin on the flats is fatty and soggy. I personally prefer a drier wing that has some degree of crispness. I didn't care for Wingstop at all.

Today is Super Bowl Sunday, and our experience with the Wingstop at 595 Piedmont Avenue NE was extremely disappointing. We ordered two large veggie sides, and what we received was honestly unacceptable. Each “large” order was basically one celery stick and half a carrot, chopped into a few tiny pieces. It felt like the portions were intentionally stretched to look like more than they actually were.
To make matters worse, the veggies were thrown into two small sandwich bags instead of proper Wingstop packaging, which made it feel careless and unprofessional. On a day like Super Bowl Sunday, when customers are ordering for parties and relying on restaurants to deliver what they advertise, this felt like taking advantage of people.
We called the store to explain the situation and share how disappointed we were, and the response we received was simply that “that’s how they come now.” There was no concern, no attempt to help, and no effort to make things right. The lack of professionalism and customer care was just as frustrating as the order itself.
This experience disrupted our Super Bowl party, and based on this, I won’t be supporting this location again.

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
