I placed my order 15 minutes ahead of time, and when I arrived at the drive thru, they had me waiting for a long time, then the person at the window kept calling me a different name and was gonna hand me someone elses order. After waiting for a whole she handed me my ordef but didn't give me the drinks. I then asked her where my drinks were, she didn't know what kind of drinks so I had to tell, her and repeat it again. As she was preparing the drinks, she kep overfilling them, and then handed them over to me, causing them to spill in my car. Honestly, this was just terrible. Also, the fries were burned. This was at around 1:30AM
