  Not good service. It was hard to get to and in a sketchy area of town. The junior bacon cheeseburgers were overpriced and we waited for quite awhile. When we finally got our food (we were in the drive through and there was no line) all but one of our burgers was cold and tasted like it’d been sitting out all day. The tomatoes were mealy and we were not impressed. They also did not give us straws.

  This location has managed to attract and keep a friendly, efficient staff. They may not always get our order 100% right, but we get it with a smile. And for that, we'll keep coming back!

  I’ve been coming on and off for maybe 4 months now and mostly all I want is a chocolate frosty with my meal. This Wendy’s never has it, ever. Different times don’t seem to matter either, I’ve asked several times when they’ll have them again and they tell me the machine is broken but that they can give me Vanilla. I know it’s minute but it’s extremely frustrating every time :(

  FRAUD ALERT, FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!! IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AND IS WONDERING WHERE IT MAY BE GOING JUST LOOK UPON THIS. I had to calm down, this seems to be the nature of things in bigger cities, but will probably soon be everywhere. PLEASE EVERYONE START ASKING FOR RECEIPTS! NO MORE JUST TRUSTING THAT THE RIGHT THING IS DONE AND THIS PLACE HAS A; A ON THERE WALL First I was charged for items I didn’t ask for or get. You will see the receipt, I just knew it wasn’t adding up. I was asked if I wanted to make my Biggie Bags large, but declined, that was ignored. Second I asked for mayo and lettuce on my Double Stack, that was ignored twice, even when I went inside. I went inside cause I was charged for upsized items, but still got small sized items and received attitude when I brought it up at the window and then inside. And the person on the head set is the manager or supposed to be I guess when people have issues. The killer part is they asked if I wanted a cookie. I said no, but still got one added and they were kind enough to give a discount. Yall think there was a cookie in the bag. NOOOOO! This is going to just get worse, I believe. I couldn’t believe it. What I think I was supposed to was get all my money back, which I am going to do. I didn’t eat the sandwich or most of the food cause of how people when they are wrong will retaliate the nice, nasty way. I’m sure they will remember me. Crazy part is the higher up people be just as under handed. I am all for humans working, but this is getting insane. The up charging people to recoup is going to get worse and if you arent paying attention you will get hit for more. I KEPT SAYING NO AND THEN TO BETOLD AT THIS LOCATION THEY FORCE YOU TO TAKE THE MEDIUM BIGGIE BAGS, TO BE LIED TO BY A PERSON THAT IS SUPPOSED TO MANAGE THE PEOPLE. I had to tell her I went to the N. Druid hills location yesterday and the one in Atlanta this past Saturday and they are all giving you jr fries with the biggie bags unless you ask. Some Wendy’s will say you can’t upsize the fries. My thing is how bothered they were when I caught their deception and for all this people to be in their and to here my order and not get what my pockets were charged with. LIKE COME THE HELL ON. People won’t learn till no human can work in jobs like these. Crazy part is you can program a robot to slight people too. Them over charging and adding things you didn’t ask for starts adding up. I don’t believe that was an accident by far. I am glad I asked for my receipt, you will notice places are starting to act like you don’t need them or won’t even hand them to you. I see why, now! THIS IS GOING TO GET WORSE. Crazy part is these shady dealings are happening in all places and things. I just had to add. I didn’t even peep the cookie thing till I really looked at the receipt. I was hot under the collar about being charged Medium prizes but still getting little fries. And if you can zoom in on the receipt I asked for no ice in my sprite, but guess what I got in the spirite. It’s damn crazy to have people be offended by you wanting the things you want them when; when your paying for what you ask for. The audacity of having attitude with it also, is diabolical. The service industry is going to feel it, when the future comes. I mean it’s here, but when it really comes in. The sad part is I’m in the same boat and just hoping my floaty device doesn’t have a large hole in it. Thank yall for turning me into a Chef
