The females on the evening shift at this location are very nasty when it comes to attitude. I was doing Uber eats And also wanted to place an order. I want to drive-through first and they told me I have to come inside. Once I came inside. They completely ignored me and every question they asked was with an attitude. I was able to pick up the Uber Eats order, but they took forever just to take my order and make it. The food was good, but the attitude is not worth it. Please do better.

Terrible service, I asked for a cup for water after I ordered but then they said there were no water cups but I SAW THEM. I SAW THE WATER CUPS. THEY GAVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. I SAW THE WATER CUPS. Cashier was power tripping or something. They were also very rude about it. They also said they didn't serve coffee anymore even though it was 11 am and still on the menu and the kiosk. I also saw them give a coffee to someone who ordered after me. The whole experience was kafkaesque I might add. So idk what that was all about. Like it's no big deal it's just Wendy's

Terrible service. I asked for water. Thr lady said they wouldn't give out free water, even though my sister was at the ordering machine clearly ordering. Then my sister walked over and I again asked for water. The lady said "we don't got cups for water." She said they only had cups for regular drinks. Why couldn't she just give me those cups for water? Why was she so resistant to giving us water? Then she wouldn't give us our coffees, even though they were literally on the ordering machine. She said they don't have coffee for lunch. She ended up giving us one cup, I guess to "be nice." But we had ordered 3 other cups. And they literally had coffee!! That's why she was able to give us one cup! Also, they messed up our order. We ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they gave us normal.

The girl who’s supposedly the manager D’Essence (the girl with the skeleton tattoo) ALWAYS is so rude. She refuses to honor coupons. She always says the system is down order online. Then when I try to order online she says it takes 10 -15 minutes and get out of line. She shouldn’t work there YET ALONG be a manager with that attitude! I’m calling corporate
