    Lack of customer service is insane. “Travis J” has one of THE worst attitudes just absolutely disgusting. Cant be bothered to look at you to let them know you are ready to order. Doesn’t speak at a volume that you can hear so I was then yelled at & rolling his eyes, not listening to what I asked for, making faces. Making a customer feel like they are bothering you while on the clock. Need fire & get people who can actually be an adult & work like one. Absolutely would never go back.

    Yikes. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Asked for unsweetened iced tea. Got sweetened tea. Ordered a small frosty, cashier asked vanilla or chocolate - I say chocolate. She gives me a medium vanilla. Charge me more, give me the wrong item. She fixed both drinks (not the money) with good nature - but the cashier is the one who took my order and who filled the drink and frosty. Why bother having a human being there? Just install an order kiosk - seems more likely to lead to an accurate fulfillment. Fries are stale - even though there is a line of people waiting for food? Why are fries sitting around if you’re pumping out dozens of orders? Yikes. Wish I could give a manager feedback cause ^ not good.

    Dog, I went to this Wendy's in the airport around 8AM. Primetime breakfast time. I wait in a longish line only to be told once it's finally my turn that they're out of biscuits, potatoes and coffee. Now, this is not the girl's fault who is operating the front of store, but holy moley... put a sign up or something so everyone avoids this line! Also, you're Wendy's. It's 8 in the morning and you don't have the basics?? I will not be patronizing this Wendy's ever again. Here's a tip: walk down toward the gates and you'll find a crappy Dunkin that will at least have coffee and a donut for you. Ironically, I saw Malcolm Gladwell walking through this terminal toward this very Wendy's I had just tried to spend money at. He looked awfully tired and I wanted to warn him to avoid the Wendy's at all costs. I didn't engage because I was worried he might get into the nuances of fast food restaurants at unique locations and how they might be more underserved than other Wendy's locations throughout Atlanta. I stood in that Dunkin line very proud of myself for avoiding Gladwell. He's probably better for it, too.

    The cashier was in too much of a hurry to get orders, she did not properly listen to what I said: #2 combo, large. She punched in #2 medium. Then what I received was not the baconator, but rather just a double. The staff were not paying enough attention to get orders out in proper sequence, or correct. Unfortunately, I had walked away before I was able to eat my sandwich.

    When we arrived it was 10:03am and I was expecting breakfast but it had switched over to lunch. I was not prepared to order lunch and the lady who took my order was rude to me about it in her tone and by the way she was pushing my husband and I through the line. While waiting for our order, the girl putting the orders together had her phone hiding inside a box of ketchup packets texting someone and not at all working. I looked around to see if I was missing something because we’re at an airport, I thought these transactions are supposed to be fast? But the cashier also was not only on her phone but had ear buds in not helping the line of people waiting for their food at all. At this point there’s about 8-10 people waiting for orders. When we finally got our food, the fries were literally thrown in and hanging out of the bag and filled as if they’re trying to save money on supplies. Just overall not impressed. We don’t expect too much from fast food but we shouldn’t have to stand around and wait while employees clearly don’t care. We love Wendy’s, we weren’t at all upset about getting lunch, just not prepared. The staff was not friendly, distracted, and doing the bare minimum IF that. Not what I expected from a place where time is of the essence. Wendy’s if you see this, staffing needs work here. Not your best staff!
