  I really love their wings and fries, but I’ve now had two disappointing customer service experiences. The first time, it was excellent I met the owner who seemed nice. The second time, the young girl with glasses didn’t greet me when I placed my order at the kiosk. I know she was young & was likely ready to get home—I didn’t press it. The third time, I came in about an hour before closing and received limp, greasy fries. I tried calling to let them know, but couldn’t get through. Tonight, I ordered a 10-piece wing and fries combo and got a text saying my order was ready. When I arrived at 7:05, I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I mentioned this to the young lady at the counter, but neither she nor the man cooking in the back (her father) apologized for the delay. I could hear them conversing & rang the bell to ask what the hold up was. I’ve met the owner my first visit and he was very nice. I’m big on customer service and always willing to give a business a second chance. But I can’t continue spending my money somewhere that doesn’t acknowledge delays or offer basic courtesy. I wasn’t rude; I simply asked what the holdup was after waiting five minutes after the text, only to be told it would be eight more minutes. It was a little longer than that. Before leaving, I did kindly tell the young lady they really need to update their pickup times or conveyed the delay BEFORE I inquired—and this review is me saying that again. I hope they make improvements, because the food is good, but the service needs serious attention.

  This was my first time trying their vegan wings, and WOW — I’m officially obsessed! I got the Thai Sweet Chili flavor made with seitan, and it was absolutely delicious — crispy, flavorful, and super satisfying. The lunch special came with fries and a Spring Valley water for just $15, which is such a good deal. The portion was very filling, customer service was great, and the wait time was minimal. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

  The owner was amazing! He even gave me free Mac n cheese which was bomb!! 10/10 would recommend...

  I loved my food! Miss wings so much since being vegan and this place didn’t miss! Had 10p combo with lemon pepper buffalo, so delicious. My husband had 5pc wing and chicken sandwich. His flavor was tai and loved it! Wanted the cheesecake but it was sold out 🥴 Donut was also good but I’m not the biggest donut fan but hubby was! Will be back! 💕

  While visiting family in Atlanta from Michigan, I stopped by vegan wangs and I am so glad that I did! Everything was so good. The chicken wangs were perfectly crunchy and the barbecue sauce was fire! It had the perfect blend of sweet, savory and smoky. For dessert, I ordered a vegan glaze doughnut, which was amazing as well. Will definitely be back the next time I am in the A. 10/10, if you are looking for vegan food that is fresh and flavorful this place is sure to deliver.
