Asked 3 times for a chicken pesto flatbread and ended up with a chicken chipotle club. Big issue because I don’t eat bacon. Asked 3 times and was completely ignored. Shame because the smoothie was delicious but I wasted $10 on a sandwich I can’t even eat

I had an amazing experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Terminal T at the Atlanta airport. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, especially from Niesha. She was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude truly made my day while traveling. I also really appreciate that they support our troops by offering a military discount. That kind of recognition means a lot to service members and does not go unnoticed. Great food, great service, and great support for the military — I highly recommend stopping by if you’re flying through!

Had a great experience, ordering the passionfruit dragon fruit smoothie the agent was very thorough asked me about all the additives. I had never visited there before, and they never offered additives didn’t know they sold additives, but this agent extended the best Customer Service ever. Thanks to the cashier in ATLANTA Hartsfield Jackson at 8 o’clock this morning. I forgot her name lol

The food was excellent, but the service from the lady Ciera that was taking my order was horrible. She made eye contact with me twice, and did not offer once to take my order. There was a woman who was an airport employee in front of me that took over five minutes to decide what she wanted to eat. When Sierra finished taking her order, rather than help me, she called the lady beside her to let her know that it was time for her( Ciera) break and walked off. She never even acknowledged my presence. I very much feel that it is because I am an older white male and was racially profiled by her.
