File complaint with FTC to investigate fraud, scams, deception, false advertising, hidden fees 👀 like unauthorized tips! UPDATED: I honestly believe that a customer patronizing this business is innocent and unaware of their horrid reputation.Therefore, there are your options☝️when you FAFO. ——————————————————————— Only two employees were working together. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited over 30 minutes for a smoothie with three toppings. During that time, more than 10 other orders, including full meals, were completed and handed out before mine. When I finally asked about my order, the staff began remaking the wrong drinks rather than checking the receipt, which I was holding out to them. There appeared to be no order tracking or organization, and they were remaking items for customers who had already left. You may want to think twice before ordering here unless you have ample time to wait. My flight was already delayed, and unfortunately, I don’t have the patience to repeat this experience. I’m selective about where I invest my time and presence, and poorly managed businesses diminish the experience rather than earn it. Thank you.

When she gave me the food, I asked where the smoothies were and she straight up ignored us and started talking to her friend from far away. After asking her 3 times, it was apparent she just didn't want to do her job and was in a pissy mood. Sad.
