I think the management has changed recently and it shows it too. They care about doing things properly and making sure that they do a good job. I'd go again when I'm in the area.

The smoothies hit the spot every single time. You can tell they actually care about keeping customers happy!!

I’ve given them five chances and each time it’s the same thing. They won’t even address you. No pleasantries, not even a reply when you offer one. May be a cultural thing, but it has rubbed me the wrong way. Too many options and money is too hard to even come by for people that you’re giving it to treat you poorly. If you’re going to be in the customer service profession, you have to have customer service. I now know why they are always slow although their smoothies are awesome. I’ll never go back again.
