Once I got the confirmation I immediately realized and attempted to call the location, first time got a busy tone, second time I called I got through and let them know. She stated she would be able to refund or cancel the order. I requested a manager, she said there isn’t one. (I would have been okay with even next time I go in, having the order made). I ended up going in a few days later, and again, no manager and the shift lead stated there isn’t anything that can be done. What’s the point of the cancel order button if you can’t cancel your order, immediately after? It’s about customer service and the lack of customer service here is sad.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered behavior like this, and it’s unacceptable. Regardless of personal frustration, it’s never appropriate to slam or break (didn’t break actually but) things in front of customers. Professionalism matters—even when emotions run high.
