My family and I stopped here while on vacation and it was my grandmother’s first time at tropical smoothie. Kai was extremely patient with her and helped her figure out which smoothie she wanted. I find that to be rare these days. I really appreciated that experience.

If you are the franchise owner of this location, be very mindful of who you choose to trust and put in a position of power to navigate & be the face of a business you own!!! Ashley has lied to me for several weeks & I had to contact corporate about my unnecessary traumatic experience with her dishonesty & poor communication. This pays pays $11 an hour however yall enable & promote dishonesty in management that will get this business in a lawsuit worth way more than $11. I have several times tried to reach out to corporate pertaining to Ashley & for some reason, they only had her personally to call my phone back being disrespectful, nasty, & continually telling lies. Do not support this business as they are bias & promote dishonesty & discrimination. Beware! Dont say I didn’t warn you.
