  When I walked in, there was absolutely no customer service — it was like she saw a ghost. I was clearly there first, but she took another customer’s order before even acknowledging me and didn’t seem to care at all. I ended up leaving without spending my money, and I won’t be back.

  The service was slow today. A lot of times I can get my order under ten minutes but I came during lunch so that's fine. I understand. However, what I will not understand is the poor customer service the workers there have. I give this place 0 stars. I came in today and ordered a smoothie and a man that was there earlier came back in and asked for a coke he said he ordered with his meal. The young lady working said Okay, give me a minute. The lady continued to make orders and ignored him several times. He tried to get her attention again, but she diliberately ignored him. I went to the register and another young lady came up to serve me (just that fast, right. How about that), I said he said he ordered a coke. THAT'S when the first lady responded he didn't order one. It didn't come with the meal. The man said but you said it came with the meal. He left the food at the store because he didn't like how he was treated. I was going to buy the coke for him but he left so fast. The ladies were talking to each other and one of them said I needed to mind my business. No, it wasn't my business, however those ladies should be ashamed of themselves treating that guy that way. When he came in and asked for the coke the first time, I would think that respect for another person would cause her or at least one them to say, Yes sir, I understand, but the meal you ordered did not come with a drink. Then he could have been on his way, because someone bought the guy that meal. The ladies are young but if you're working you know better and should know how to treat people no matter their class/status. Young children have better manners than what these ladies displayed today. I will not be going back there. I will mind my business and take my money elsewhere. These ladies don't care and that's fine, but they can never say they weren't told about their behavior. God has given us so much Grace that we don't deserve so why can't we do it for each other? I hope someone in upper management reads these posts and make a change.

  I love this tropical smoothies cafe. Every time I come here the energy is always great the service is always top quality and prompt.
