He always displays efficiency, phenomenal customer service, always making me feel welcome and leave with a good conversation & smile. Sometimes i stay and eat inside due to the welcoming energy he shows and often have good conversations. He is what phenomenal customer service should be⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️However i cannot say that for the rest of the crew. I’ve came in multiple times and have seen an older lady sit outside for more than 10mins while the store was packed out doing nothing but staring into the sky, the lady with short hair displays a rude demeanor and speaks as if i did something to her, I’ve came later in the day and have waited 7+ mins for someone to take my order while the woman in the back were on their phones and eating food. Unless kel or the other gentleman with the locs are there the store never has quality products.

The new african american male with the locs, average height cashier is rude and unknowledgeable about the rewards program. Instead of grabbing a manager he rather ignorantly argue with a customer. So, I stopped going for a month. Finally, decided to place an online order so I wont have to communicate with him. So, using the contactless online ordering he decides to chase me to my car to accuse me of taking the wrong order that I had the receipt and online confirmation order of...Harassment at this point...Management please reach out. This needs to stop! You are loosing daily money at this point.
