  I have been going here daily. Sense I started working in the area a year ago. The food is great. The new african american male with the locs, average height cashier is rude and unknowledgeable about the rewards program. Instead of grabbing a manager he rather ignorantly argue with a customer. So, I stopped going for a month. Finally, decided to place an online order so I wont have to communicate with him. So, using the contactless online ordering he decides to chase me to my car to accuse me of taking the wrong order that I had the receipt and online confirmation order of...Harassment at this point...Management please reach out. This needs to stop! You are loosing daily money at this point.

  This rating is multifaceted. I give 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ONLY to the young African American gentleman who has the locs at the top (He’s been working here for a while I believe). When he is there, the staff and the food is on point. If he’s not- he should be manager or even have his own Tropical Smoothie. When he is not there, the location becomes disappointing. So, the rest of the review comes from when he is absent. I’ve come into this location and have had very lackluster service. An employee came out of the restroom and proceeded to make smoothies without washing her hands. Employees were sitting down eating Chickfila, licking fingers , etc and waited a while before getting up to take my order. And after they took my order only one person washed their hands and one did not (the finger licker) and proceeded to grab cups and lids. I had to ask her to wash her hands and grab me new cups. This location is close to my home, but if I don’t see the young gentleman there - I will drive across town out of the way to the Moores Mill location.

  I went to the TSC location on Cobb Pkwy 30339 Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at approximately 5:43pm and was not greeted by a very unfriendly, unpleasant, unhelpful, angry looking black girl/woman who looked like she did not want to be at work. She did not greet us, did not smile, didn’t speak, so I asked for some sort of açaí smoothie with add-one like whey protein in it. She looked stuck, didn’t blink, and like I was bothering her by placing at order. She was very unhelpful and unwilling to assist. She said “the add ons right there on the menu.” Then continued to stare some more. Her attitude was so bad and nasty that I no longer wanted to order from here. I will gladly drive to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Sandy Springs on Roswell Rd where I always get exceptional, eager to assist, welcoming, friendly, and pleasant upbeat m service. Or I may just even go to Smoothie King instead! The front of the house order takers have always been unpleasant, no smiles, no greetings, and lacks enthusiasm every time I have visited this location since August 2024! They always look like they hate their jobs, don’t want to be at work, miserable, and don’t want to help/serve customers.

  This is usually a pretty jovial and friendly place in the mornings. But the workers had attitudes, didn’t greet us and gave the nastiest looks when ppl came in. We all have lives and things that affect us but don’t bring that energy into the workplace. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and the attitude from the cashier was totally unacceptable

  This is a very bad location on Cobb parkway in Atlanta. The cashier has a very bad attitude. She has a nose ring that was very dirty and looks very unsanitary. While making the smoothie she use her bare hands to ring out a wet dirty towel then went back to the smoothie. I am in the healthcare field and this place is reportable.
