I’ve played at Topgolf in Arizona before, and the experience there was amazing, which is why I had high expectations. Unfortunately, after moving to Georgia, my first visit here was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the employees were rude and unhelpful. We ordered food, but the service was painfully slow. Several golf clubs were broken, and some were not usable at all. We requested replacements, but they never arrived, and we were forced to play with broken clubs. Whenever we tried to communicate with the staff, they gave rude looks and made us feel like we were a burden. I understand it was December 31st, and maybe employees wanted the day off but that does not justify taking frustration out on customers. I own a restaurant myself, so I understand pressure and busy days, but this behavior is unacceptable. Food arriving late is one thing, but it should at least be served warm. We ordered cheese fries and nachos, and they arrived cold even after the long wait. The cheese was completely hardened and stuck, making the food uneatable. We had to leave most of it untouched. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and far below the standards I’ve seen at other Topgolf locations. Please properly train employees on customer service and communication. We were polite and respectful the entire time, yet still received attitude, which is not appropriate in any customer-facing business. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously.

This visit was extremely disappointing and far from the experience we expected. The biggest issue was the bill. We were charged for multiple food items that we never ordered, totaling roughly $100 in extra charges. It took close to half an hour to correct the mistake, and throughout that process, the staff handling it were unhelpful and unpleasant instead of apologetic. The food did not help matters. Several menu items were unavailable, and what did arrive was mediocre at best. The nachos were overcooked to the point of being burnt, and simple questions about substitutions were met with attitude. Service was consistently poor across the board. While I understand it was New Year’s Eve, that does not justify rudeness or blaming customers for errors. Orders were delayed, communication was poor, and when problems were raised, we were treated with suspicion rather than respect. From the host to the server to management, the overall attitude felt hostile and unprofessional. Given the incorrect charges, low food quality, and lack of basic customer service, this experience left a very negative impression.

What a horrible experience! Over charged, Incorrectly charged, poor service, bad food. over charged for food: I am not talking about over priced but added at least $100 worth of extra food items that we never ordered. Had to spend 25 min to short that out. Most staff members were rude over there while dealing with their mess. Food: food was very sub-par. Nachos were burnt. Most of the items they were out of stock and upon asking, they replied rudely. Service: very very poor service. I do understand that the staff might want to take time-off of on 31st evening but if you are working in service industry, I am sorry but people would expect service. You cannot be rude, full stop. The staff were blaming us to be liar when we showed them their faults, food never arrived on time. The entire experience started with very very bad attitude, as if they had some sort of prejudice against our group. Our host, our server, middle manager, almost everybody were super rude.

My family and I visited on 12/28/25. There was a two hour wait for a bay. That wasn’t a problem being that this is the holiday season. The problem came in the restaurant. We asked the staff if we just sit ourselves. The server answered yes, with an attitude. We sat down. There appeared to only have one server working. We waited 30 minutes before asking if someone would help us. We asked a lady wearing red, who I assume was the manager. She said someone would be with us. No one ever came, including her. We asked another waitress who appeared to be working in the Bay Area. She said she would try to find someone to help us. No one came. The one waitress who appeared to be working in the restaurant, left without greeting the table are saying the next server would be with us. I suppose she left for the day. We finally asked the bartender to help us. He was busy as he was the only one making drinks despite having two other people behind the bar. He did assist us. A waitress was pulled from the bay area to assist the other table that had been waiting the same time as us. Our food finally came after being there for two hours. At that point, the bay was ready for us to play so we transferred the food to the bay. My son’s ice cream never came. The manager in the Bay Area (bay 319) was accommodating assisting us the best she could. Apparently, the place was out of ice cream. She was able to comp us the cost of the ice cream on the game. Another group, who was at a holiday party also told us they had terrible service. If there are not enough workers to work the entire center, perhaps close down some bays so there will be enough workers to serve the customers. The managers in the restaurant need to do better in stepping in to help when there are a lack of servers. They came to bus tables but not help the customers. This was a 1st time experience for half of my family members. We had fun at the bay but a terrible experience prior.

Overall: Great Outing! I would recommend this place for family outings and team building exercises! Specs: 1) The bays are comfortable and heated (from above). I HIGHLY recommend requesting a portable heater when extremely cold. Left handed clubs are available upon request (request them upon arrival or ahead of time so the waiting period doesn’t count against your game time). 2) The food is actually pretty good (and affordable). Although the drinks (soda) can increase the tab a lot. They have cloth napkins (I did not see or use traditional paper napkins). I suppose they do this to reduce littering (wind blowing items away). They do provide wet napkins/individual hand wipes. 3) NO outside food/drinks (even outside cups are not permitted) 4) The reservations online don’t actually charge your card the full reservation amount. Instead, I was advised that it charges a percentage. The bill is tabulated as/after the game has been played and the food has been ordered. 4) My servers were wonderful on both occasions I visited. The front desk staff aren’t as friendly, but they weren’t rude per se (just blah). 5) The restroom is clean (and smells nice). 6) They have security in the parking lot and/or front entrance.
