Incredibly pleasant experience. I highly recommend that you specifically request for April to be your server. The entire Palm team was warm & welcoming. A wonderful restaurant in general, but especially one if you are looking to celebrate a special / momentous occasion!🍾

Brittney did an amazing job (as always) with dinner. The food, service, and ambience are great. We love coming here and would recommend this restaurant to everyone. The Palm has a new chef that we love and he is making some great changes to the menu. We recommend dining here and make sure to try the lobster!

I suppose we should have read more recent reviews before selecting this place as our Valentine's night steak house. Cons: The main thing that ruined our night is the hostess/manager or whoever she was that was working the front desk. We had a 7pm reservation, and got stuck in traffic. We got to the valet about 7:08 and called the restaurant. A young man answered and we told him we were outside at valet and coming up. He said "that's fine, I'll go ahead and open up your reservation and let them know you're just running late". My wife goes up and there's a line. By the time she gets to the front, it's like 7:16. We never got her name but she was a middle aged white woman wearing a floral back shirt. This woman snapped at my wife about the reservation being past the grace period, and then flat out dismissed her and IGNORED her when my wife tried to explain what the young man on the phone said. The young man was right next to her, but that woman wasn't trying to hear it. She literally ignored my wife who stood right in front of her, to get people around her taken care of. I made it up to the desk and it was still much of the same. You can tell this woman has absolutely no training when it comes to busy night/high pressure situations. Another manager finally engaged (black woman with pink jacket) and heard us out and let us know she'd get us a seat after she cleared the lines. This was at 7:23. The second woman held up on her end and we were sat by about 8:05. If not for the 2nd manager, we would have been disrespected, dismissed, and nowhere to eat on V Day evening. At the end of our night, we also witnessed a patron behind us walking out, explaining to that same rude manager about how she had been there since 8, and never met a server in over an hour. That manager was OVERLY empathetic and sorry. Funny how she all of a sudden has empathy when the unhappy patron is another middle-aged white woman. Pros: Our server (I think his name was Mike?) was amazing. Gave amazing picks, was incredibly attentive for such a busy night, and somewhat made up for the lack of experience elsewhere. Our food came out great. I ordered the 22oz cajun ribeye (medium) and it was perfect. My wife got some type of shrimp pasta. Our calimari appetizer was nicely fried and seasoned. I ordered 2 'Always in Fashion' old fashioned. Great pour, and taste. Pretty expensive drink though. Menu said it was $19, and their online menu says it as well; however, mine rang up as $25 each? I didn't question it at the time because we were ready to go. All in all, there are MANY steak houses in Atlanta. It's hard to stand out. Your SERVICE is what should matter the most. If you have managers or host/hostesses who can't handle the pressure of a busy night, then you shouldn't have them as the immediate fave of the restaurant. The food was great, but I just don't see us coming back to spend another $300 with a place that can so easily dismiss and disrespect their patrons WITH NO APOLOGY. (Second manager did apologize for the experience, but it should have come from the 1st). This could have easily been a 5 star experience and a repeat.

Such a disappointment for a restaurant that previously was exceptional. Had a 9pm reservation, advised that they would seat me, but no time given. Asked them if it would be more than an hour and advised probably. Drove to Little Alleys down the street. Too many other great steak restaurants in this city to ever go back here again. Palm is no longer on my list.
