  Dinner was fabulous and our server, Marcus, was 10/10. He was super patient with my child, who hasn’t had a ton of experience with fine dining. The food was delicious, too. The manager came over multiple times to share fun facts about the restaurant and make sure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend this location!

  Cole is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. Every time I come in, he’s welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a great experience. His drinks are always on point, and he remembers preferences without even being asked. On top of that, his energy and professionalism create such a comfortable, fun atmosphere. If you’re lucky enough to have Cole behind the bar, you’re guaranteed a great night. Highly recommend! Coming back for another marvelous Saturday!!

  I was traveling alone and sat in the bar to eat dinner and have a drink. Asha and Cole, bartenders, couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Had a wonderful time talking with them and the Frank Sinatra impersonator. The Ribeye and Caesar Salad were delicious and Asha made a fantastic Cosmo, as well. I must also give a shout out to the guys in valet because they were fantastic too. I hope the Westin Buckhead is appreciative of these employees because they are what made my stay worthy.

Asha embodies everything a great bartender should be: warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. From the moment you take a seat at her bar, Asha makes you feel welcome, whether you’re a first-time guest or a returning regular. She remembers names, preferences, and even the small details that elevate a simple drink into a personalized experience. Her ability to read the room and engage with guests in a way that’s both genuine and respectful is a rare gift. Beyond her hospitality, Asha’s mixology skills are top-notch. She crafts cocktails with precision and flair, always happy to offer recommendations or tailor something to your taste. But what truly sets her apart is her presence: calm, confident, and always gracious, even during the busiest rush. Asha is a standout ambassador for the Westin brand. Her consistent excellence has made the bar a highlight of my visits, and I always look forward to seeing her again. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Asha, you’re in for a treat.

  I had dinner today at The Palm and it was a truly fantastic experience from start to finish. The highlight of my meal was the chicken parmesan—perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and topped with a rich, flavorful sauce and just the right amount of cheese. Absolutely delicious! What really made the evening stand out, though, was the outstanding service. My server, Marcus, was friendly, courteous, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. He anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask and made me feel genuinely welcome. Marcus is the epitome of what a great server should be…professional, personable, and passionate about ensuring guests have a wonderful dining experience. Between the amazing food and top-notch service, The Palm continues to live up to its stellar reputation. I’ll definitely be returning soon—and I’ll be asking for Marcus!
