I went through the drive through, there were 3 cars ahead of me. Took about 10 minutes to get to the menu to order. Not a huge deal. I order, make my way up to the payment window. I pay, and the worker asks me to pull around and wait. I pull up to where they asked me to. I pull around, and another 20 minutes pass. I began wondering where my food is after watching multiple cars that were behind me pass by with their food (from the drive through.) Finally I park and go inside to inquire about my food. It's been 30 minutes since I first entered the drive through. No one is at the register. Finally 10 minutes later I'm able to get someone's attention. I explain I was told to pull around and wait for my food, and that a good bit of time passed and no one brought it out. They go back to check on it, come back a minute later and told me I've already been given my food. I explain again what happened, they go to the back, and 5 minutes later come out with my food. In total it took about 45-50 minutes to get my food - crazy for Taco Bell and very frustrating experience.
