Walking in and getting an order was simple, quick - even when it was busy things moved fast, as fast as you entered, you were out with your order living más. The time the order said it was ready on the app, it would be done at that time or even before. The order was right 99.9% of the time. Now? A disaster, a stab in the back, my heart aches. Time? Doesn’t exist anymore and you can end up waiting almost an hour for an order, 20-30 if it’s not too busy. You walk in and no one is being helped, the workers look like they’re being held hostage and seeing how slow things are moving, you’d think the order was made correctly, dead wrong. The orders are messed up more than 50% of the time. You wait 15+ minutes to even get acknowledged. Dreadful. But I guess that’s life.
