Only had 30 min for lunch and the guy manager said my app proof and bank charge “meant nothing to him.” I was fully refunded by corporate eventually but I didn’t get to eat lunch that day because of one man.

I tried to call the restaurant to make them aware of the issue but the line was busy. I want a refund and I don’t know how to go about getting it.
