  This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell on earth. I literally want them shut down. My roommate and I were so excited to live near a Taco Bell because we love Taco Bell, but it has been horrible every single time we go. I am beyond sick of it. What is the point of living near a Taco Bell if it is this terrible? The very first day we went, July 17th, the manager was fighting the employees. Since then, it has just gotten worse. The next few times I ordered a chalupa, it was so hard I could barely bite into it. My roommate is Hindu and they gave her beef when she ordered chicken, and they keep doing it. I do not understand how they keep getting it wrong every single time. This is ridiculous. Then I went this morning because there is a huge breakfast sign. The guy told me he was going to take my order, then said they do not have a breakfast menu. I was like what the heck, but okay, so I tried to order lunch. Then he says they are not open. I asked when breakfast is, and he said they do not have breakfast. So why do you have a breakfast sign if you do not even sell breakfast? I was late to work because of this, and I have had enough. Fire everyone that works there.

  I haven't even eaten my food yet but had to complete a review for the awesome customer service my family and I received yesterday evening. Jackie (female) was our cashier. She was so kind and awesome. Honestly the entire team yesterday night around maybe 10 pm was awesome. They got our orders right and even followed up with us as my fam ate in the dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed them. We had attended a funeral earlier that day and decided to stop buy to grab a bite so our their customer service was a nice touch to wrap up our night.

  First they didn't even have what I ordered , then try to replace it with a lesser priced item, and then the item was old very salty and uneatable. And their phones apparently don't work at night. Please don't go here this place is run very poorly

  The most pleasant experience I have ever had in a Taco Bell! The service was kind, quick, and nothing was missing! This team is rocking it!

  They claimed items on the app were discontinued that are still there, so they made it for me anyway… acting like they did me a favor. But it was inedible. Gave them another try tonight. There’s only one employee working. The drive through is around the block. Taco Bell - you charge more than any other fast food at this point. You can’t afford to staff your restaurant?
