- DJDae JNov 16, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I called to get support with a missing item from my order. I was told to speak with management and they’ll refund me. Cool. I call today and was told TWICE a manager was not there and then suddenly they passed the phone to the manager (??) I told the manager my concern and he said he could not refund me and if I placed a new order again he’d include that in my new order. I explained I used a gift card and wasn’t spending my own money again just to get a missing bag of chips and asked for a refund. I currently don’t have transportation and told him this as well but he kept urging me to come into the store to get the chips. Now frustrated, I said the only thing I wanted was a refund since that’s what I was told I’d get!! He then said “call the helpline to provide feedback” and disconnected the call. Are you kidding?? Horrible place. Horrible,

The worker was wearing long sleeves and I was concerned it would touch the food when she was reaching over the ingredients. I also noticed that tip was automatically included on the cost on my receipt which is pretty shady since I didn’t add the tip myself.
