    I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the LACK OF SERVICE that I received today. I ordered a sandwich using my Sub Club reward for my 4th free sub during my lunch break and arrived at the store to pick it up. It was a little busy so I waited for the man behind the counter to acknowledge me. I told him my name and what I ordered and he repeatedly asked me what the name was and finally asked to see my order receipt. I placed the order on my app on my tablet so I went back out to my car and got it. I brought the app in and showed both he and the lady behind the counter that I ordered the sandwich at the correct location and it was supposed to be ready at 1:10pm. There was a sandwich on the counter for another order, they looked to see if that was it, it wasn't. They both looked at each other and simply said "We didn't receive the order" and went back to what they were doing, ignoring me and leaving me standing there until finally I just left with NO RESOLUTION and no lunch. Their behavior, lack of customer service, and lack of empathy is completely unacceptable. Now I am late for my meeting, HUNGRY, and more than a little aggravated. I did not get their names but know what time I was there today. I will be calling corporate and that will be my last visit to that location or any other.

    I've ordered from here several times via the app (for takeout), and it's been generally great. Considering the customisability and veggie patty option, this is an okay option for vegetarians. There have been a few instances where my sub didn't include 1-2 of the veggies I wanted, but otherwise pretty solid. Considering that this location has never given me issues with using the subway coupons, I think it's a good location.

    I ordered a sub through UberEats. The sub was supposed to have extra cheese and cranberry sauce. The sub had no cheese and some orange hot sauce all over it. I couldn't eat it. I couldn't get a response from UberEats, so I called the store. They picked up and hung up on me twice. I'm pissed.

    I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced during my recent visit. The customer service was poor from start to finish. I was served a dried-out meatball sub and when I requested a fresh batch, the employee was dismissive and insisted it was fresh despite it being visibly dried. There was a language barrier that escalated the issue, and the employee made an unprofessional comment about it. My sub was then assembled with an attitude and improperly wrapped, causing the contents to leak and ruin my clothing. The cashier's behavior was also rushed and inappropriate, including a blatant demand for a tip. On top of the poor service, I am concerned about the food safety practices. The staff placed old meat on top of new meat, and based on other reviews, it seems proper hygiene like changing gloves is not being followed. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes these issues seriously, I plan on sending this via CORPORATE W. MY LAST PAYING RECEIPTS. DO BETTER.
