Considering the customisability and veggie patty option, this is an okay option for vegetarians. There have been a few instances where my sub didn't include 1-2 of the veggies I wanted, but otherwise pretty solid. Considering that this location has never given me issues with using the subway coupons, I think it's a good location.

I couldn't eat it. I couldn't get a response from UberEats, so I called the store. They picked up and hung up on me twice. I'm pissed.

The customer service was poor from start to finish. I was served a dried-out meatball sub and when I requested a fresh batch, the employee was dismissive and insisted it was fresh despite it being visibly dried. There was a language barrier that escalated the issue, and the employee made an unprofessional comment about it. My sub was then assembled with an attitude and improperly wrapped, causing the contents to leak and ruin my clothing. The cashier's behavior was also rushed and inappropriate, including a blatant demand for a tip. On top of the poor service, I am concerned about the food safety practices. The staff placed old meat on top of new meat, and based on other reviews, it seems proper hygiene like changing gloves is not being followed. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I hope management takes these issues seriously, I plan on sending this via CORPORATE W. MY LAST PAYING RECEIPTS. DO BETTER.
