Once it was my turn the gentleman behind the counter was taking all the bread from the oven, I waited patiently no problem. I was having a conversation and checking out the menu while waiting. He then proceeds to tell me you have to get off the to place an order. I questioned him on that and he changed his tune stating he had spoken to me 2x which was not true. I’m watching you sir. This was very unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for. I come here in the evenings often and I have never had this experience! I’m sitting outside now making this complaint and he is having a cigarette talking to the priest workers about me. Again very unprofessional. It is FREE TO BE COURTEOUS!

I had a concern and he screamed at me after many horrible encounters. I kept my composure, so talking to a customer like this is very disrespectful and disgusting.
